I. National Chung Cheng University invites applications for the position of the Dean of the College of Management. II. The dean will be expected to lead CCU College of Management to fulfill the following goals:
1. Pursuing excellence in teaching, research, community engagement and student support.
2. Providing effective leadership and coordination of the College.
3. Establishing in-house and external research teams.
4. Inspiring young faculty members as well as cultivating research team leaders.
III. Overview of CCU College of Management:
1. The College of Management consists of 5 departments: Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Accounting and Information Technology, and Information Management. These departments offer Master's programs, Executive Master's programs, and Ph.D. programs. Specialized programs include Executive Master's Program of Business Administration (EMBA), the International Master's Program in Global Finance (IMF), and the Master's Program in Financial Technology (FinTech).
2. Our commitment of international accreditation from AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) in April 2016 underscores our commitment to attracting exceptional talents.
