【Position Title】: Full-time Project Assistant

【Work Unit】: National Chung Cheng University College of Management
【Salary】: Starting salary based on university’s assistant salary standards: NT$40,200 per month for master's degree holders, NT$35,200 per month for bachelor's degree holders
(salaries may be adjusted based on relevant work experience and qualifications if policy changes occur, includes labor and health insurance, labor retirement, and year-end
bonuses).
【Requirements】 : 1. A bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited domestic or foreign university recognized by the Ministry of Education.
2. Experience in administrative tasks, including document writing, project proposal writing, coordination, and execution; strong cross-unit collaboration skills are
preferred.
3. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) is preferred.
4. Proficient in office software, document processing, and letter writing skills is preferred.
【Job Responsibilities】: 1. Manage the International Master Program in Global Finance (IMF).
2. Handle international cooperation, relevant accreditation, and academic exchanges.
3. Manage agreements for dual degree programs and student exchanges.
4. Reception and outbound services for exchange students.
5. Promote international programs.
6. Assist in project execution.
7. Maintain and manage English-language websites.
8. Other temporary assignments as needed. Employment Term: One-year contract, from the date of hire until July 31, 2025. (The first three months will be a
probation period. Continued employment will be based on performance evaluations and the subsequent funding of the project.)
9. The project period is from August 1 each year to July 31 of the following year.
